Harvested from our hives nestled amongst the beautiful landscapes of Newrybar in the Northern Rivers of NSW, our Coastal Flora Raw Honey captures the unique flavours of the region's diverse native and coastal flowering plants. Cold extracted and minimally processed, this honey retains its natural enzymes, pollen and rich floral character just as the bees made it.

Smooth, creamy and full of delicate sweetness, every jar reflects the changing seasons and the abundant forage available to our bees. Whether drizzled over toast, stirred through yoghurt, paired with cheese or enjoyed straight from the spoon, it's a true taste of the Northern Rivers.

Our raw Australian honey is unprocessed and unpasteurised, so it may naturally crystallise during cooler months. Crystallisation is a hallmark of genuine raw honey and does not affect its exceptional quality, flavour, or nutritional value.
